frustrated

ijust started plating this game and i am getting very frustrated,i dont know if it is me or the forum, but i have been looking through and reading things about the game in the forum and someone will be explaining something and say the screen looks like this and aali can see is a box with a red x, i can not see a picture of a screenshot or what anything looks like, any advice?

 

idk what you are on about . but if you ask a question how to do something i will answer it.

 

ok how do i use my materials? also, how do i level up my profession to unlock more slots in the workshop? ty for the help

 

train in your workshop till it's level 3. then you'll have 2 slots, and enough materials to start upgrading some weapons with one slot, train with the other

 

click on one of the trainers in the workshop and upgrade him this will give you some materials and some workshop XP. When you have enough workshop XP another slot will open up. or when you have enough materials put a canon in a slot to upgrade, this will also give workshop XP. If you rest the cursor on a canon you will see how much materials you need to upgrade a canon.

 

ok ty, i upgraded the trainer, it looks like it is possible to do the same trainer again but there is nothing to be gained by doing that except for xp, correct? also the cannon upgrades only do one cannon or harpoon at a time,wow, that could take awhile. lol, when you get a new ship do the cannons or upgrades carry over to it? sorry for all the questions, just trying to learn.

 

when you train, you get materials as well as exp for your workshop. you'll need those sooner or later. you can take cannons and harps off one ship and put them on another; improvements stay with the ship for life
