Finding User ID Number

    I've been trying to get onto my account on the USA server but it gives me an error.
    An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. (99). I've already tried clearing cookies and cache and flash cache. I've tried it on multiple browsers and still get the error. I send a support ticket but they need the User ID Number but if i cannot get onto the server how else can i get the ID?

    Hello IncredibleGirl,

    At which point do you receive this error? If you are able to log into your account (before clicking the green play button) you will be able to see your user id at the top of the webpage just beneath the server drop down menu.
