Suggestion Few ideas related to EU3 server

    Hello @WaterWillow, All,

    I came back to play the game as I saw the new PvP season and generally was curious what happens in the game and more or less there is not much changed ever since I left.
    However, as I hate to point errors/problems without providing an alternative/idea/solution, below I will share my list of ideas to improve the current (unplayable) state in EU3 Server.

    - PvP season is nice, but prices and getting PvP points is almost unrealistic. To be precise - impossible. I would like to share an idea daily pvp quests to provide pvp points and skulls upon completion. Also, lowering the amount of Skulls and PvP points for ranks and shop would be good as well.
    - Battlefields - all good, there is an BF event! Yey, yuppyy... but nah. I am queued for 3 days straight all day and I had ... exactly .... 0 battlefields. Here is the idea - remove restrictions besides the IP one, lessen the least amount of players for a battlefield to 4 or something. Also, either make ordens/coins cheaper at the end of the event or lower the amount someone need to get the items of a particular BF. it is really impossible to get these by playing normally as there are 0 bf daily. Would be perfect if all pvp quests(arena and bf) are giving pvp skulls and points.
    - I have no idea, but if you can make the prices and bf triggers to be in relation with player count of a particular server, won't be a bad thing.
    - This might not only be a thing for EU3, but if you can stop Ahab ships to queue for arena and bf will at least fix some of the pvp related issues. Also, if you can make it unable to attack player ships would prevent many dramas.

    Will be nice to know if the team like and comment on these ideas. Basically, to have a clue if we are in the right path or not. I am not aware if here in the forum mods/admins are discussing openly with the development team, but a feedback from them would be appreciated.
    Also, I have no idea how much time and effort such changes will require and how many FTE(full time employee) are working on the IP of PirateStorm currently. Hope there is at least 0.2/0.3 weekly.

    Last but not least - how are these ideas working? Post needs likes or you have to like it before passing it forward or? What is the criteria, I wonder?

    The Forum Team usually does not respond to posts in this section. You make some excellent suggestions. The Forum Team always passes on suggestions made in the section and we will continue to do so.

    This much I can tell you:
    1. The changing of the PVP/Skull structure of all boats cannot be changed. This would include the AHAB.
    2. There are no plans to change the current PVP System.
    3. The requirements for the PVP Season were set in place when the season was established. It may be possible to change requirements if a new PVP Season3 was created, but no changes can be made to the current season.
    4. There are no plans to change any structure of any Battlefield.
    5. There are members of the Development Team that do work on issues related to Pirate Storm. However, there is no one person solely responsible for Pirate Storm.

    I didn't expect to make any changes on live season or current battlefield.

    I am glad to hear that there are people working on something related with Pirate Storm now, as it seem it was long forgotten. However, changes are required for upcoming events because it discouraging to queue for 3 days straight for battlefield and to not get any. Sailing and finding 1-2 ships daily, playing arena just for wasting your consumables against ahabs and such.

    I hope someone/anyone who's checking that section to rethink of adjusting the system in all possible ways to support players who are playing currently in a way that they can enjoy at least every aspect of it.
    Knowing that when I enjoy a certain game(I was really enjoying PS with alot of ppl and still I think PS has a unique way to keep you hooked for hours, if there are working and running events), so.. back on topic - when I am enjoying a game/think I would love to spend some money to support the IP.
    I think running game which benefits both players and gamecompany is beneficial for both parties.
