  1. What is the object of the game?
The object is to take the three designated areas and then to hold them. Two teams, consisting of eight players each, do battle and try to collect as many points as possible within the allotted time.

How is the battlefield set up?
The battlefield is in the shape of a square. The spawn area for the red team is in the upper left corner, while the blue team’s is in the lower right corner. The three areas to be conquered are located in the area between. These areas consist of ring-shaped islands that are protected by walls that have to be destroyed before taking it for your team. The damage inflicted to the wall will be added to the player’s damage stats.

How are areas held and taken?
Before you can hold an area, the walls surrounding the area must be destroyed. As long as there are players from a single team in an area, that area will be considered held. The conquering bar will then begin to fill up with the color of the team holding the area until it is finally considered to be taken. Once this occurs, the shield will be displayed in that team’s color.

    How are points earned?
Teams receive a point every two seconds for each area held once the area walls have been completely destroyed.

    How is a winner determined?
The first team to reach 500 points is the winner. If no team reaches 500 points in the allotted time, then the team with the most points shall be declared the winner. If both teams have the same point total, the following tiebreakers will be used (in the order listed):
    • Ships sunk per team
    • Damage inflicted per team
    • Average damager per team
If the teams still remain tied after the tiebreakers, then the match will not count.

    Is there a time limit?
Yes. Each battle lasts a maximum of 10 minutes.

    What is there to win?
    • Three Sobek coins for each member of the winning team
    • Once Sobek coin for each member of the losing team
    • An eagle medal to the member of the winning team, who inflicted the most damage

Are there any restrictions regarding the invulnerability buff?
No. These buffs may be used as you wish.

Each pirate house Battlefield has its own set of unique rewards.
Note: The coin requirements and cost for items may be subject to change.
