Email lost

    If a player looses their email, through which they started their piratestorm account, what can they do to register a new one? Is there a way to change email account without having access to the old one?
    The leader and other members of the guild are willing to vouch for this player, that his account is not hacked and he is the rightful owner of the account.
    How should we proceed on this matter?
