    Dragon Scales are part of the Dragon Hunt Event, which is usually held in March or April. Please refer to the following link for more details: Dragon Hunt.

    It is possible to purchase Dragon Scales in the merchant. However, these are not needed until the Dragon Event. If a player wishes to purchase them now, that of course, is their prerogative.
