    Thank You Synalith. To the best of my knowledge Synalith is correct, Double XP letters cannot be purchased, however they are obtained via the bonus code system.

    They are sent to your Email during events like the Summer Event. such as the current bonus code. GPT2016

    Synalith is correct. Bonus codes are sent to you via your email if you have verified your email address. Also from time to time Bigpoint posts bonus codes to their Facebook page.
