double xp event not working

Good afternoon, I would like to know why the double XP event is bugged? I'm trying to level up my guild but the event doesn't work to earn double XP, I pressed F5 many times and logged in and out of my account many times too.

There has been a problem with the DoubleXP Event and Double GuildXP Event for some time. This has been reported.

Don't have a deadline to return the event normally? Or do I need to contact support?

Please use the search feature to avoid posting duplicate threads. You would have seen our numerous answers regarding XP.

There has been a problem with the DoubleXP Event and Double GuildXP Event for some time. This has been reported.

It may be necessary to hit the log out button and then push play again to get the events to load correctly. A simple Refresh (F5) does fix some issues. However, it appears when events are not loading correctly, a player must hit the log out button (Do Not Quit or Completely Log Out) and then push play again. Also, applying guild letters or changing to a ship that gives Guild XP does seem to work.

There is no need to contact Support, as the Forum Team has already reported the issue.
