    The Tempest Bulkhead is a special birthday item and therefore you can only get a discount on it through premium discount. The lowest you can buy it for with the year premium discount is 38,000 diamonds. Hope I helped :)

    Hi,

    ШΛŁŁΛßΞ is correct. The event bonus maps do not reduce the price of the Tempest Bulkhead. Unless there is a Full Stock: Improvement day the cost of the Tempest Bulkhead should remain at 40k diamonds approximately.
