  1. Today there is a 50% discount on improvements, but in fact there is no discount,

    I thought it was a bug I bought a winter set at full cost,

    please fix the error and return the diamonds

    Same happened to me today and I bought them full cost in the morning :(

    Ahoy Pirates,

    It appears that in order for the discount to appear, you may need to log out and log back in to the account to fix the issue. If there was a purchase of an item for full price on a 50% discount item, you will need to contact Support concerning reimbursement.

    As you see many players had this issue and not aware of how to fix it, until they saw your post and it was too late to take advantage.
    Thanks in advance, please pass it to moderators that we need another improvement discount until the end of winter event.

    Ahoy scaryfa,

    We have sent a request to try and have the Used Items - Fully Loaded and the Improvements - Fully Loaded Events rescheduled, and the availability of the Winter Items restored during these events.

    Of course, the Forum Team is unsure if the request will be granted. Time will tell.
