Diamond limit problems.

At around 10pm Server time on the 26th of may i reached around 8k diamonds and stopped receiving them. After researching i found that there is a diamond cap so i stopped playing. on in the morning at around 11am server time on the 27th i still was not getting any after sinking around 200 ships on a certain zone i would start receiving some and now at 1am on the 28th after getting around 2-3k I have stopped receiving them again. I'm not sure whats up when i looked into cap limits it says they start again after server reset so i should still be receiving them?

To the best of my knowledge, yes, once the server has been reset the diamond limit will also be reset.

Which server are you playing on? This will help us identify what time your server usually is restarted at.

 

EU1, I believe resets are at 5am server time so should have been sorted but doesn't seem to have

 

There are a couple of throttles that occur during the day. You generally pick them up quickly to about 3K. then there is a slow down, followed by a virtually complete stop for a while then it will start up again. Depending on your pattern of play you may not have noticed on the first day. I'm not sure of the exact pattern but there is one. Once I hit the hard throttle I just stop farming till much later and it seems to pick up again after awhile.

 

Thanks for the information Fred_Filthy, much appreciated. As some time has now elapsed since you were first experiencing this issue of not receiving diamonds, is this still ongoing -Doubleshot- or are you now able to collect diamonds once more?
