  1. Mod's don't Delete the truth. And as for as sending proof it dose no good. If there is no fowl language let the truth be.

    With regards to sending in evidence to the Customer Care Team, you may feel in some instances that your evidence is of no consequence but this is not the case. I'm sorry that you feel that any contributions you have made in the past regarding such matters have not had due consideration but they undoubtably have.

    We appreciate all efforts made.

    The reason we suggest sending in your evdience to the Customer Care Team is because complaints can only be handled by the Customer Care Team. Such topics cannot be addressed on the forums where the content is public.
