    Is cordon a bad ship? Can I complete the game on only one ship cordon?
    Will I be able to actively participate in battles with other ships?

    Any ship can be developed into a good ship. Yes, you can play the game in a sloop and not buy another ship. You can participate in anything related to the game in any ship.
