    On Eu3 server nobody talk in chat.I want to see if my chat is banned or are a few players on this server.

    Ahoy R4zbun4torul,

    If you can see the global chat area &/or your guild chat, then you are not banned. Normally, if you are chat banned you will receive an auto notification (over top of the chat section) upon logging in that states the day & time you will be able to use the chat function again.

    sometimes, also on eu3, i dont have chat, for have chat, i have to do reconnexion many time... it's not normal. (sorry for my bad english)

    You are correct in that a player sometimes needs to refresh to get chat to appear. This tends to be more of a player connection issue than a technical problem with the game.
