    I have registered and verified my account via my e-mail yet it says that I cannot chat because I am not fully registered. Am I missing something?

    Dude that mean your chat ban. Its a life time ban unless you change you ip address. Bcuz PS banned you ip address.. i have same thing and there not gonna help you with that so best way is change ur ip address.. good luck m8.

    You just need to refresh your browser. The chat doesn't load sometimes. Unless of course you are banned but, the chat tells you if you are when you log on.
