    When can we expect this to be fixed? Not having a chat complicates things like grouping up and communicating with your guild. :/

    Hi , we are too 2 day's without chat-com ... now, that game is impossible to play !! because the communikation is the most importante part in a guild-game..

    Hi,

    There have been some issues with the US/Latam chat servers which have required many restarts since yesterrday. The System admins are aware of these chat server issues and resolving them.

    Is there anything else we can help you with? :)

    if you are lucky about 2 a month but for the most part expect 1 day of any 1/2 day special sale

    copenhagen123 is correct. It is, generally speaking, approximately 24-30 days from one Full Stock event to the next of its kind. Although this is not set in stone.

    I appreciate your thanks and that of others and hope you know that I and the rest of the team enjoy being able to help wherever possible. :)

    Do you have an estimated time on how long it will take till chat is fixed? Like 4-5 days or even next restart?

    I'm afraid we were not given an estimated time however it is now up and running and hopefully is resolved now.
