Chat bans

    Hi so earlier today i was playing on EU1 english, Because some of my friends are french I decided to switch to french server of EU1. While i was on i wanted to speak with a guild member so i whispered him. I got banned for 166 hours just for talking to a friend. How is this possible? How am I supposed to speak with other players that are different language? That is honestly ridiculous atleast in whisper you should be able to speak whatever language, in global i was speaking french chatting but i cannot be on 2 different servers at the same time. Please help dont want to be banned for 166 hours (7 days)

    So my guild chat appears on english server and on french server so I can speak both languages on there but in global and whispers I cannot speak the other language? What about private rooms?

    I have tried to look into this for you on Eur1 but i can't find any active bans.

    Can you still confirm that you can't speak on Global Chat please?

    And for the future, if you make a private room or a whisper then you can speak in different languages as long as the Chat Rules are still followed of course.

    So why was i kicked then? I was speaking french in global and english in guild chat and private rooms?
