chat banned for no reason

    im unsure if this is the correct place to post this but it seems like a technical issue. was playing the game when someone attacked me and killed me then a screen popped up and said i have been chat banned for bad behaviour. im unsure why this happened but i have read the rules and i follow them very precise to stop things like this from happening, but i seem to have done something wrong.
