chat ban

    today i got my chat ban for giveing website on global chat...how that happen for just giveing website. and the website was about cricket spost.....

    Hello asian101 :)

    To be able to look into your ban, I will need your user ID and the server you play on.

    However, URLs of any kind are strictly prohibited in Chat as they are considered advertising.
    Here is a quote from our Chat Rules:

    :( I am sorry, asian101, but the nature of the link does not matter, not URLs are allowed in Chat.

    I would like to point out though, for future inquiries, that this thread explains how you can find your user ID; "asian101" is your username, not the user ID, which is needed when you need your game or chat logs checked.

    If you would like to dispute this ban further, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team.
