Chat ban expired but still wont allow chat

    I have the following message when logging in:

    You were banned from the chat on 31.7.2015 at 17:42:34 for 999 minutes. You can log on again on 1.8.2015 at 10:21:34.

    It is not 4.8.2015 and I still have no chat. Please remove my ban.

    My user ID is: 360253
    I play on USA1 server.
