    Trying to buy the recently advertized crimson package plus some diamonds. But page will not load. Merchant items available for purchase by using game gold or diamonds show up but cash purchases are not possible at this time and haven't been for the past 18 hours.

    UPDATE

    We tested this on different browsers and were able to open the Payment window via Internet Explorer. Have you tried using another browser to see if it works then?
