Captains Orders?

    How do I use Captains Orders? I select a target, press cntl+1 and nothing seems to happen.

    Some Captain Orders are buffs added to your ship, some can be used on players and NPC and some can only be used on a players ship, if you would like information on each Captain Order then you can find them listed in the Captain Order tab in your player profile, i have included a picture below to help...

    Curses are used only against other players
    But blessings can be used only at sea and u should be visible... Except (naptune's) it Can be used in the sea and the harbor
    Do not use (cntl)...just Click it directly
