Captain's Orders

It shows that I can use ctl+num to activate a captain's order. But it doesn't work for me. I can activate it if I mouse click on the order, but not by using the keyboard shortcuts.

Is there a setting that needs adjusting? I'm using IE 10. Thanks

 

check two details
1. while clicking captain order [check if the order is there available
eg, if u activate an captain order [it will take 1 min or 3 minute cool down to refresh
so that you can activate it

2. check if you click the button togetehr
control + Num [eg 7]
dont click control separately & then click Number after 1 or 2 sec
Hold Control buton & simultaneously a number

check if ur number pad in keyboard is On

vino is correct. To activate them both keys need to be pressed simultaneously. Additionally, Is this the case with all your Captain's orders or do some of them respond to keyboard input jballato?

Thank you all for your help. It's working now. You must press both keys at the same time, not ctl then num like normal. Thanks again for helping.
