Can't log on.

I have been able to log on to the game for 24 hours now. The ship's wheel just keeps spinning and spinning. I have tried 3 browsers, and cleared the cashe. Can you fix this and soon please.

If you have tried the standard troubleshooting procedures of clearing flash and browser cache, tested logging in on other browsers and have attempted refreshing multiple times there is one possible way that I have found works if you are using firefox in particular. I cannot say with certainty if this will definately work but it may and is worth trying.

-Force Background loading-

1. Log in
2. Press play button
3. Open a new tab and remain on that tab with the piratestorm loading sequence remaining in the background
4. If you see the favicon (piratestorm logo) in first tab then the game should now have loaded
5. If the loading bar does not appear even when the favicon has been displayed then simply refresh and change tabs immediately.
6. Return to the piratestorm tab once the favicon has appeared​

Using this method seems to work either on the first or second attempt but never requires more than that. I cannot say with certainty if this will work for you but it appears that when forcing the loading sequence into being a background operation it has resolved the 'does not load issue' when such a problem occurs.

Aside from this you should contact the Customer Care Team so that they can assist you further. You can do so by clicking Here. Be sure to include your user id, the server you play on along with the fact you have already cleared your flash cache and browser cache and tested on other browsers.
