Can't access premium items

I play via Kongregate.com and wanted to come back to the game but when I went to buy a silver/gold premium pack, when the payment box opened (virtual store, payment process) there was an immediate error (package not available).

I clicked back and there was nothing in the virtual shop at all and the payment process progress bar had bugged out and move to phase 2.

I reloaded the game page and entered the virtual store before entering the game and had the same problem.

A friend of mine plays on the same server EU2 via facebook, lives in the same country and has no problem with it...

Have you shut down the virtual store via kongregate.com?
Because I cannot buy anything. I submitted a ticket recently but I can't view it as I was never given a password for it and have had no contact via E-mail so I can only assume that it has been deleted without reply or has been lost.

Please get back to me, I'll check back every week to this thread (old support times when I played was roughly 2-8 weeks so...).

The PirateStorm payment screen on Kongregate appears to be functioning as it should. Have you tested to see if this issue occurs when you use another browser such as Mozilla Firefox Google Chrome or Internet Explorer?

It may be that a browser extension or plug-in is preventing this feature from functioning correctly in the web browser you were using (eg. a pop-up blocker or ad-blocker).

 

Tried that, didn't work either, please see the screenshot in the link below, this is what I'm getting (whether or not I enter the game and choose an item from the store before entering it).

After you click back it jumps to the next part of the payment process on the progress bar and the store clearly has nothing available in it =/.

I am a previous buyer, so this DID work in the past.

Stuck... lol

EDIT:
No scripts or add-ons active.
Pop up blocker disabled (both browsers).
Cache cleared, etc... etc...
Seems to be server sided =/
