Cannot play game

    Ok, I cannot load game through the big point portal, in my account details of game everything has gone as says I have not registered for any games. So I cannot my user ID and your customer realations are the world biggest joke! As they say sorry we cannot do anything without a ID. Well I have played this for 3 years and paid money only to be told by I guess by a (edit) Just thought I'd let everyone know how kind Big Point are, talk about pirates!

    I would also say sort out your webpage issue's as you cannot make a thread unless you have registered if you press the click here you get a warning phishing attack ahead, attackers on seafight-14.level3.bpcdn.net might try to trick you and steal your information. You press back to safety and you get seafight page, hello its pirate storm I wanted to play what seafight got to do with all this!

    Wedgewood, I know you cannot do anything but hense go to customer support (edit) but what happens when my prem renewal comes up you take my money and laugh as I cannot log in to stop it!

    Hi,

    I can confirm that there is an ongoing issue with the Bigpoint portal which the Team are working to resolve as soon as possible.

    I understand that this is very frustrating but I would highly recommend contacting the Customer Care Team again, more specifically the Bigpoint Customer Care Team rather than the PirateStorm Customer Care Team. You can do so by clicking Here. From the drop down list of games in the Support ticket window choose 'Big Point'.

    I hope this will be of help and am sorry that you are experiencing these difficulties.
