    You can cancel it by sending a ticket to custom care team i think;);)

    Hello -Scruff- :)

    At the moment you don't have the option of cancelling / deleting an account unless have signed up via the Bigpoint Portal, in which case you can find instructions here on how to delete the unwanted account.

    Otherwise, you can choose to stop logging into the account and after a while it will be automatically deleted by the system due to inactivity, or, if you really want to cancel it right away, you should contact our Customer Care Team and they will assist you further.

    because you mentioned other options for him to get rid of the account that are against the terms.

    :) Thank you GuanoCrazy, that is correct.

    Transferring ownership of an account is against the Terms and Conditions, HELLGUY. This includes account sharing, selling, gifting, etc.
