Calendar never updated on time

    why is it that every time i want to see the event for the month or week ahead there is always blank spots. and when an event starts then its on the calendar? it apears someone isnt very good at updating and there is no excuse for that.we get little iformation as it is .its always click here for support.why do you not know whats going on? you can referr me to support for the answers all you want the question still stands.
