Bug with Ship Discount

    Hello, it's good to say that I waited around 20 days for this specific event to take place, but now I have another problem, for example the Celeritas discount is -70%(I missed few days because of work schedule), and now it is not completely -100% off.

    How may we fix this little bug? I don't recall bugs like that to happen.

    Ahoy denis,

    If you earned a 70% discount, then 1/2 off would be half of the remaining (30%) cost of the ship.

    Understood, but the amount required to buy the ship did not change, and still missed to buy the ship...

    Ahoy denis,

    If a ship costs 100,000 diamonds and with an earned discount of 50% the cost would be 50,000 diamonds. With a 1/2 off ships event, the cost would be 1/2 of the 50,000 = 25,000 diamonds.

    If the cost of the ship was not discounted 1/2 of the remaining 30%, then you will need to contact Support.
