bug in guild event of the month

    I think there was a bug in the game, my guild was in the top 10 last month on 08/24 and the Guild and Paladin decks were not unlocked, I wanted to report this bug in the game, is there a way to reverse it?
    Game Failed Guild -GD, server Latin America 1
