    Hello, many of us have had a bug in the arena: we do not appear on the screen but are visible to other players, they can attack us but we cannot.
    For the support, I am the only one to have this problem because it must be believed that it is only me who is sent a screen video of this scene.
    If this happens to you, you can send them a screen or a video so that they finally take me seriously.
    Message to the moderators: can I put the video (3s) on the forum to image this text?

    Something simmilar happened to me, when I enter arena, noone shows up, enemy can't be invisible for 3 minutes so i must give up or go to another arena (eu1 server). I'm searching arena but nobody shows up.

    I can stay invisible 10 minutes in arena. Playing as a support team in a big guild teaches you a lot.

    This is an issue that can only be addressed by support.

    As long as the image of the video does not exceed the Forum guidelines the video can be posted.

    I make a call to the player to whom the same problem happens because the support asked me to tell the players to whom it happens to send a screen video of the problem.
    I do not manage to slip the video I think that the format is incompatible, I know that my case is not isolated because we discussed it with other players to whom it happened, they will send a screen to the support of their rated;
    My goal is to demonstrate that the problem does not come from us or to find a solution with the support when they have enough screen.

    As .efsane. suggested, this sounds like a connection issue. Refresh your page from time to time. Close all unnecessary programs, as this can hinder connection speed.

    Again, this is a support issue.
