  1. Top of the day, I usually only go to the forums for game info and rarely a comment, with the later only if something seems to be a substantial problem. In this case its the second item, "the commercial problem".
    I personally don't mind the short little commercials that pop up before the game starts, but in this case its becoming a pain when I have to deal with the 4th, 5th or more commercial because they lock up and don't finish, which makes me log back in the game time and time again to get through this mess. This doesn't matter if I let them play or skip them, its the same result the majority of the time, with the same problem on a handful of different browsers and settings not just one.

    Thoughts on the matter;

    First off you may want to set them up the way your sister game Dark Orbit does, and make sure the commercials actually finish when they are suppose to.

    1. Give folks the choice to op out on future commercials, that way they don't feel its being crammed down their gullet. I can see many people not playing at all if they are not only forced to deal with the commerials on every visit, but then have to log back in multiple times because the commerials are broken on top of it.
    2. Like the old adage says "you can catch more fly's with honey than with vinegar", a small bit of incentive can go a long way. Dark Orbit gives 100 Uridium, which is the equivalent of diamonds here, to watch the entire commercial. You may be surprised at how many people will let you collect their "click" for a small reward.
    3. Lastly, those 10 min + car advertisements about a "short" test drive are ones I doubt anyone but the dealership are willing to watch all the way through.

    Thanks for your attention to this matter, Dux's
