Very good, I am writing to the moderators in particular, why is this type of farming program allowed? You can't possibly have people pouring their money into diamond packs when these gambler scum are profiting from outside programs. Is there no penalty for using this type of cheat on any server?

 

I would also like to know the reason for not punishing these players, what will happen everyone will use and we will have a problem like in 2016.

 

on latan1 the *EDIT* guild use illegal programs to get diamonds., do 300k a month, do you think it's fair?

The Forum Team does not have access to player accounts. The Forum Team cannot suspend players for violating the TOS.

The following is a snapshot of what is a Forum Issue Vs. Support Issue:
Its really quite simple, individual issues (Support) community/server issues (Forum).

• Game Issues are handled in the Forum. Technical Issues with player accounts are addressed with Support.
• If you have an issue with your account, you contact Support.
• If there is an issue with the Game/Event, you post in the Forum and the Forum Team will try to assist you or find out when/if there will be a solution to a problem.
• Reports against other players are also sent to Support. Personal accusations against players are not permitted in the Forum.
• Suggestions for Improvements/Game you post in the Update & Idea Section to reach the Development Team.

It is not photoshop. People who play arenas with the bot program turned on, bug back in the arena and can't die until they turn it off. It's rather a bug of the illegal outside program, than a way of being invincible in arena, since you spawn back with only your base HP after you got sunk (around 10k i guess depending on your full hp)

 

did not put up much of a fight... besides, i hope you realize that the daily diamonds limit is 7k. good luck making as much diamonds as someone who pays, even with a bot
