BOT Problem

I have a real big problem with getting chat banned for 30 days for saying the word BOT. How BP chooses to handle those who run the program is fine by me since I don't run and never will. This ban needs to be lifted immediately. I have dealt with it for as long as I care to.

I am sorry, but as previously mentioned, we will need to know your user ID as well, the username will not be helpful . You can see how you can find your User ID in this thread.

I have looked into your ban and I don't have good news, I am afraid. You have been indeed banned for discussing about bot programs Even if you don't use any bots, talking about bot software and cheating is strictly prohibited in Chat, whether it's in the context of accusing another player/guild or just chit chat on this topic. Your ban will stick until the 30th of December.

If you wish to dispute this ban further, you will need to contact the Customer Care Team.
