    Hello, the forum does not answer the last questions I come back with a new request. We missed an entire day of questing on 10/26, plus that day the game was unplayable due to freezes even though it was a pirate festival. I then request a bonus code containing diamonds, a seal and bombastic. This is the minimum given the missions we missed.

    Ahoy EVILME,

    Access to the game has been an issue in the past when certain Events run. However, the game was never completely down for the days' entirety. Bonus Codes are issued randomly and the Forum Team cannot generate bonus codes.

    I am fully aware that you are unable to generate bonus codes, I just ask that you report the problem. In fact the game is not stopped but in the meantime there was a mission which gave a bombastic and a seal which could not be activated!!! Do you know how long it takes me to get this kind of reward? This quest problem exists before 2021, is it normal that nothing is resolved? I'm talking to you on the forum so that you can help us improve the game, right? Please make an effort.
