    Unfortunately I lost my first life on the bloody hook and did not find the open map to try the second life. The regulation says there are 3 lives available. I also won the quest: an avowed possession to prove. I have reported 3 scrennshots to show that I did the map. I want to reactivate the map. thank you

    We can not say for certain what is happening with your maps or account. If you are concerned that this is a bug in the game, please send a ticket to the Customer Care Team asking them to look into the matter. You may contact them by clicking HERE. When sending a ticket to support please enter your Account ID number, your account name, and the server you play on, in order to resolve your matters in a timely fashion.
