Should there be a "bully rocket" for use against an attacking player who is much stronger than you?

    How about a new rocket that for 5 seconds, pitches the other player in total darkness? Can only be used as a defensive rocket against a larger attacker.
    (Also can only be used in pvp zones, not in arena, nor battlegrounds, nor in plunders.)
    Rocket cost will be in gold, not diamonds.

    The recipient can still move--but is in total darkness, so, he might be able to get away, or get off another shot if the target stays in range and he is locked on, but if he moves he is just as likely to run aground and be stuck on a beach for another ten seconds, immobile.

    Life is a beach, and then you get a bully rocket--and life is a really BIG beach :)
