    for all these attacks against the game are to blame 2 spanish suckers.
    they do this for money, effectively they are some poor people who would take advantage of the fact that those in the BigPoint team do not fix certain bugs.
    I will make a private ticket to help BP.

  6. de1 is running but lagging like crazy. you click somewhere and after 5 seconds the game starts responding and drives to the buoy

    Hello, server instability is already a serious problem. The fact that a single player and/or group of players have the ability to bring down the server is a bit disturbing, to say the least. A solution to the outages could be to migrate servers to Cloudflare(Spectrum). This would prevent massive DDoS attacks like the ones the server is suffering. Furthermore, I urge Bigpoint to investigate which person or players are behind the attack and take legal action. This was no joke. It has cut off service to players for practically four full days. Kind regards, and we await responses from the technical support team. ahrrrr

    All i want to know it's why anyone would do this? or worse, pay someone else to do it for them? screw over the game? just because? is it the goal to obtain something specific while ruin everyone else's experience? to force the players out and into a different game? what is it?

  10. No one is going to say anything about these black screens? Today is the 4th day in Latam that I can't play, black screen all the time, where is the support to answer, they didn't answer 1 ticket, they didn't say anything on the forum and then moderation??

    It's been 4 days since the Latam server and other servers have been crashing, but so far there's been no response from BP support here on the forum. If they're not going to solve the problem, it's better to declare Pirate Storm bankrupt.

    Hello WaterWillow, We're awaiting a response from support as service interruptions are constant. I think the development team and administrators should open a new thread and explain the situation. Some players are very unhappy, and they're even considering requesting a full refund for their account, even if it costs them a ban. Please, we need some information now. Best regards,
     
  14. De1 server has had black screen all day as well bro how is that even possible. This guy is walking all over you guys Bigpoint. He even creates memes of himself xDDDDD sad guy
    We missed the Little Fear event because of this little ......

    The community has behaved by reviving the LATAM1 servers. I think the least they can do is give us an explanation. It took so much effort to revive the game that now all the community's efforts are being thwarted by the user in question. This is disappointing...

    if you count latam + eu1 in the past 10 days the two servers had more offline time than playable time (even with lag), is there any progress on the solution? for all we know the player(s) behind this can be upgrading their accounts while we can't play, if there is nobody looking into this please inform us so we know we are hostages of these players

    hello dear support, I come through this post to ask for your help and resilience in relation to the problems of locking we are having on the LATAM1 server, I know that many players were extremely angry, and lacked respect because of these problems, first I apologize for my companions but it is because we like the game too much and do not want it to end. problems happen and this is common, but we do not want it to end but we need you to give double attention to this problem (which by the way is very recurrent and prevents us from playing the game) and solve it as soon as possible. let's be honest, we know that a malicious person is causing this, we as players can not do anything unfortunately, so I ask you to solve it for us, I believe you have enough capacity for this. i hope you can solve it, make sure that the whole community wants to see the correction of the game and not only that but also that it grows again (something I believe that if we already had these corrections and updates, we would be heading for growth), we just want to play, and we trust you to fix it for us, thanks for attention.

    mate, give them time, they will fix it, its not necessary making 15 tickets, just give time, is not a normal bug, they need to investigate and find a solution. We all know that is shit because we cant play but well, lets wait.

  20. For unfair bans, support serves to harass other players with unfounded accusations. You do this while also responding to tickets from players who just want to finish the game. You also resolve them quickly. Now, to solve a game issue that should be a priority for support and the Bigpoint team, it hasn't been fixed. I couldn't log in for three days. I missed all the events, even the Diamond Fever event and the ship auction. Are we being punished for something we didn't do or something? Or has Bigpoint decided to shut the game down? Support has always been very poor since 2017, but this is the first time players can't even play. We're entering a new era of gaming, the era of the player (*EDIT*). The player has more control over the game than the company that owns it. I find this ridiculous. If one player can take down all the players, how can they be sure that the same player can't steal credit card or banking information, given that Bigpoint's protection is getting worse and worse. in decline that now it can't even keep the server running
