Black screen on normal auction

Even today, there's a black screen. This is already shit. I'm tired of this happening, of someone being able to take down a server for months without a solution being found. Add to that the fact that they punish players who have nothing to do with it, who won pieces on auction day and aren't even allowed to buy them even though you already know they're innocent. You can't even bid in auctions anymore; it's completely shit. Either they find a way to compensate players who put money into auctions and/or win parts of the Lunar Set, or don't be surprised if no one plays in two months.

 

every time this happens and no one does anything, what game is this that the server is closed so that one person can win their auction I really need to quit the game so that it can play by itself, do something, send messages to support now I'm talking to admins on the forum that we send in vain that no one takes us into account, I keep saying it and I keep saying it an employee from big point is stopping the server to make money why doesn't anyone check, or what should we do to stop this from happening again
every time there is a full moon auction or smugglers' golf the game stops with the server, europa 1 lose connection only europa 1 because the rest of the servers are all working

 

It's ******* shit that the server has crashed more than 10 times and you still haven't found a solution. You punish those who have nothing to do with it and don't fix anything. Best job in the world.
