Hello,

What is happening on the Europe 1 server is unacceptable. Every day for hours on end, the game does not function properly, constantly showing blackscreen and lag to the point that the ship does not move. This is not an isolated incident but a situation that has been ongoing for a long time.

Dozens of reports have already been made on the forum, and just last week a moderator announced that the blackscreen issue was “resolved.” In reality, since then the situation has actually worsened. This is a mockery of the community.

We, the players of Europe 1, invest our time and money to support the game. All we ask for is a minimally decent gaming experience. Instead, during events and auctions the server always crashes, resulting in specific players winning at extremely low prices. This causes losses for everyone – both the players and the company itself, which loses diamonds and revenue.

We demand clear and serious actions to resolve this issue. It is unacceptable for this situation to continue. The game cannot survive like this, and you know it very well.

We talk to support and they reply that they are not responsible and that we should post on the forum, dozens of messages are posted, the moderator writes that the issue is solved, and things actually get worse.
Something must be done, finally!

 

10:23; 25/sept am on México, black screen is not that persistent, but can't acces all the game's features, like the workshop or the kirus tournament.

 

Now i can't even log in properly, is the game under maintenence? because the launcher isn't even loading the web art, something about DNS? I should just wait? what is it

 

Game have been down for more than a week nothing new about a hotfix?

 

Latam1 still crashing ? after 20 seconds the game close, without any error.

Thats no crash because thats only on your side. Happens most likely when you spam the F5 key (refresh page) so I think thats some sort of spam protection. But I'm not sure, might be unintentionally too

 

Hello, I recently came back to this game and I’ve noticed some lag and screen freezes. Is this just a temporary issue that Bigpoint is working on fixing, or has the game been left in this state and players just have to get used to it?

It's no use putting back the blood moon and things like that if they're not capable of fixing the game. It's pathetic how long it takes and how one person can screw up a company for so long.

 

For 2 days now EU1 is again not working the weel just keeps spinning and we cant enter in game to play;again missing battlefields and other events,any info on that?

This is not a classic crash by *EDIT* like we've experienced in the past weeks. No black screen, the wheel just keeps spinning and spinning like it does when the server restarts, but without an ending. Keep in mind that there are a thousand possible reasons why a server could be temporarily down.

The BigPoint Team is aware of the issues that appear to be impacting EU1, EU2 and DE1. The workday is over for most of the BigPoint Team. Unless the issues are corrected by hard reset, they will continue until the workday commences tomorrow.
