Black Dragon Scales

How do I get black dragon scales to play Rock, Paper or Scissors?

  • All NPC's in the world of pirate storm have the possibility to drop a single black dragon scale when they are between +/- 3 to player level (caps for Players over Level 33)
  • what does this mean exactly? what does this mean for lvl 40-50 players? will we be able to get these in any zones? or ho will this work for our levels?

Hello brutality,

The cap at level 33 refers to the player level. All players level 33 and below may receive Black Dragonscales by shooting npc's that are either 3 levels lower or higher than their boat level, i.e. a level 20 player should shoot npc's level 17 through 23 to receive Black Dragonscales.

Since the highest level npc in the game is level 33, all players level 34 through 50 may receive Black Dragonscales by shooting npc's level 30-33. These NPC's can be found in zones 28 through 32.

there no npc beyond level 33
the max level of npc is level 30

the cap in level 33 is applied so a player level 33 can get the dragonscales with npc level 30-36 which translate in the game reality only npc level 30

the cap means that players with level above level 33 will be treated as having level 33.
