    If the developers do not fix all the bugs in the game, it should be closed. There is no point in torturing people and yourself.

    Ahoy Pirates,

    This is not new to the Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS has not been updated on our Forum. If you wish, you can see the old TOS and compare it with the new one you received yesterday. The old TOS has an effective date of 2011, and the post was from 2013. So, as you can tell, this statement to close the game without notice is nothing new. The particular section you are concerned with can be found under the heading 9. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT. If you wish to view that section, please click HERE.

    I just wanted to assure you that this has been a standard statement for many years. It is not new and no major cause for alarm. This is also a statement that each player accepted when they began playing this game.
