    I'd say EU3

    I switched from EU1 to 3 cause 1 was pretty dead.Am now in a guild on EU3 and we have a player who made the switch from EU4 to 3 cause 4 was dead.
    And there's an active french guild on EU3: MG

    I would reccomend JBF in Eu3 because they are the best ;) And they have French player

    XDDDDD Eclips . Yes you are right EU3 JBF but as far as i know they dont have any slots for new members
