please tell my what is the problem when i speak engish not all players speak arabic in arabia server

i get banned for 120 min because i say hello


is that right
i need to know who is the person have ability to banned my for this

You have been indeed banned for speaking English in the Arabia server.
You are allowed to speak English in the AR server only if you choose English as your game language, otherwise, Arabic only is allowed.

i think some of administrator hates me he\she banned me all the time without reason or for a ridicules reason hope u look carefully for who admin the chat there

they had a reason teddy bear said that you if you speak English in Arabia server you will get banned so it must be the rules

I would like to point out that moderators cannot ban you without a reason, the team has certain guidelines to follow, and if the rules are broken, you will receive an infraction. In this case, as previously mentioned, you have talked English in the Arabia server. However, if and when you think that you have received an unfair ban, you are more than welcomed to contact our Customer Care Team to discuss it further.
