banned from chat

    i was banned from chat for an offensive user name. i change my name in my captain profile. my new name is Rubberbiscuits and i am unable to chat now.my ban was to be over on 16.3.2014

    With your issue you will need to contact the Customer Care Team, as they need to confirm the Username has been changed, which can be done by clicking Here and someone will be happy to help.

    Remember to include your UserID and the server that you play in.
