Banned for 1 year for absolutely no reason

    I returned to the game 2-3 weeks ago and today I just found out that I have been banned for a year, although I have not used any cheats after I was banned way back in 2018. This is extremely unfair, many people have stacked k's of items, moon sets and full bombastic lv3 due to cheating - I have NONE of this, yet they ban me instead of them. The game is almost entirely dead, there are no players, and bigpoint responds by banning the few remaining ones for literally nothing.
    This game is broken - long ago all of my doubloons dissapeared - which is a sign of winning the moon lottery - yet the diamonds from it never came, but this is the lesser problem now.
     
  2. i think i know who you are.If you are playing in europe 3 is normal.Some cowards(*EDIT*) reporting all server.Probably you get banned for name, so contact with support and you can fix it.

    A banned account or account suspension can only be removed by Support. The Forum Team cannot access player information or discuss banned accounts.
    You can submit a complaint to the support team.

    By banned for name you mean they just send my name and lied that I use cheats?

    Hello. I have ban too. Answer from BP: Your account has been suspended for an Inappropriate Name.

    I have name 6 years every time. 10 me friends banned too. EU3.
    Yes maybe *EDIT* players send reports because no win auction, arenas, colosus. IDK Only BP he knows.

    Gentlemen moderators of the forum: these types of comments where something is accused because of the nationality or race of a player should be prohibited. These are racist comments. Please delete them.

    So we have been banned for having names with symbols? This is ridiculous, so many players have symbols in their names for years, plus I checked the game rules and can't find any rule against it.
    Given that the support team managing the bans seem inadequate I think that the forum admins should contact them regarding this nonsense.

    Several hours after I contacted support I got this -

    Your E-Mail-Address is not the one associated with this account. In order to be able to start the account ownership validation process, we need you to send us a new request from the email address used in the account.
    1. Please Log in to the account
    2. Do Not Change the information that is automatically entered when creating the ticket.

    Support can reply to any email that you request within the text of your ticket. However, the email bound to the account must not be changed.''

    I didn't put the E-mail associated with the acc because I don't remember its password and wouldn't be able to log in to see their reply. Will they still address my case?

    From your response from Support, it appears that your must just follow the steps and instructions provided.
    1. Please Log in to the account
    2. Do Not Change the information that is automatically entered when creating the ticket.

    I did wrote a second message with the e-mail they should respond to listed separately in the description text, but this formality will just increase the time until I get response. It also begs the question why the hell is the window with the email writable if we shouldn't actually put a different email. Just shows the incompetence of BP.

    Ahoy Perses,

    I am unsure why you can change the email. Your response does indicate a security layer on the part of BigPoint to ensure that the ticket sender is indeed the owner of the account and the need for all players to make sure their email is a valid email.

    The failure of players to keep their email current is not an incompetence of BigPoint.

    You have an email issue that can only be addressed by Support. The Forum Team cannot help you.
