Support Banking Tab in Merchant

  1. I live in Canada. Since the "Leap Second" at the start of July, the Banking tab in the Merchant is BLANK when I click on it. Tech Support suggested I try a different browser. Three browsers tried, still same problem. Tech Support then said they see nothing wrong on their side (big surprise there). Anyone else having this problem? Anyone fix it on their own? I wont get any help from Tech Support so if no one else can help me, when my premium runs out in 17 days I will quit Pirate Storm. I hope someone can help. Thanks yall.
     
  2. When you first log into your account click "Payment" up top between "Bonus code" and "Server".. you can do all your banking there without having to log in the game :)
     
  3. Good idea and thank you, but going there a window comes up immediately saying "This game pack is currently unavailable. It's possible you already own this pack or it's not available in your country." All I can do is close that window. Can not access anything else there. Even the tab "Grab Some Diamonds" will not work. It says "To offer you the best in entertainment and maximize game performance, this function is currently inactive." All this gives me the impression that BP hates Canada. All my Ad blockers are Off. Pop-Up windows are fully enabled. So I am out of ideas. At least Support didn't tell me to clear my cache. LOL

  5. Registered in main website. I do not access game through a third party. I learned that lesson last year.

    My apologies if this sounds like stating the obvious but do you have any firewall permissions set for Pirate Storm? The banking tab is an embeded window through which information is displayed. May I suggest doing a test to see if there is a conflict between your firewall and in-game connections. Similar issues arose with the workshop in the past whereby some players were unable to view the in-port workshop feature due to its being blocked by their firewall / anti-virus.

    It is obviously entirely up to you if you choose to folow this suggestion. I cannot state with any certainty if this will work on not. I hope this is of help.
     
  7. PS has had firewall permission. I am at a complete loss as to what is causing this. Appreciate the help Wedgewood.

    No problem aurorawraith. Disabling your firewall temporarily failed to resolve the issue?
     
  9. Nope, no change at all. This is a nasty gremlin. :(
     
  10. July 14th, 10 am, Banking section is working. Crossing my fingers it stays.
