Banister My Account Why?

    They banned my account. I asked the support why. And they answered,
    "8 CODE OF CONDUCT
    Taking advantage of software errors (bugs); (i.e. Glitching maps - Voodoo; Stacking decks / extensions - Gladiator) "
    And they closed the ticket. That is, they are absolutely certain of what they are doing, and therefore no matter what I have to say.
    But I'm pushy. And I sent another ticket asking for better explanations (excuse me, but I do not speak English, I do not know what Glitching maps are) Then they answered:
    "There is nothing to discuss."; "This ticket is closed. Please do not spam with another ticket on this issue, as they will be closed and unanswered."
    Pay attention. After years of playing. After much money invested in my account. They do not even want to hear me, and my ticket is considered a spam !!
    That is respect for the "Dear Player" !!
    To shorten this post. I want to know if there is another channel in the support, that you want to hear me?
