    Could someone give me a detailed list of infractions that will give you a 30 day ban.

    Unfortunately the length of the bans is not a subject that can be discussed, because it could depend on various factors. Major offences or repeatedly breaking the rules can lead to longer bans and even account suspensions.

    As long as you familiarize yourself with the Forum netiquette and Chat rules and follow them, you should not worry about bans ;)

    my friend said something discriminatory and got a 30 day suspension because it is being grouped as being a racist comment. Are 30 day bans common for that type of offence?

    Bans can be discussed only with the player who received the infraction, but yes, as a general rule, 30 days is not uncommon for racism offences.
