    Hello dear developer for one month farmed and donated to the game today played bonus cards in the event went to eat come and I have a ban for 1 year in the game I do not know for what. Please look understand for what the ban

    Ahoy frol52dzen,

    Forum moderators do not have access to player accounts. Therefore, you must send a support ticket. Account bans, where a player can't play the game, generally occur for account sharing, pushing arena, glitching bonus maps, stacking extensions/decks, and other Violations of the Terms of Service.
